CUPE STAFF RETIREES’ ASSOCIATION (CSRA) ELECTION GUIDELINES Amended May 2021 1. In the late winter or early spring of the 3rd year of their mandate[i], the CSRA Executive Committee will hold a meeting and establish the date for the election of the next CSRA Executive Board to be held in the autumn of that year, appoint three members to be the CSRA Elections Committee and set out the time-line for the steps in the election as described below.

CUPE Staff Retirees Association BY-LAWS (As amended May 2026) Amendments to the Bylaws of the Association must be forwarded to all members within 30 days of adoption by the Executive Board. The Table Officers and the Chapter Representatives (the Executive Board) met by ZOOM on Monday March 30, 2026. The Executive Board members unanimously passed two (2) bylaw amendments. One protects the privacy of your personal information. The other changes the signing authority requirements to recognize the use of electronic transfers and also adopts an Expense Policy, which is not formally part of the Bylaws.

Our Pension Plan is negotiated by CUPE and the staff unions, and administered by the Joint Board of Trustees (JBT).
